Blade Description: Chrome plated, carbon-edged replacement blade set for Andis detachable blade clippers. Used for Short pet Terrier body. Ridged bottom stays cooler. Can also be used with other brands of detachable type clippers. If you clip with this blade with the grain of the coat you will get a slightly longer coat length finish than if you had used the Andis #8.5 at 7/64th. A good blade to use when clipping the crown of the head and arch of the neck of a Cocker Spaniel. Also well worth using on the cheeks and front of the neck of sensitive Poodles to produce a very effective finish.

Useful blade for Sporting Breed's necks and sometimes bodies, produces a very smooth finish. Popular blade on Cockers, Springer's and Schnauzer bodies. A wide range of attachment combs can be fitted over these blades to provide increased cutting length. Comb attachments should only be used on well-groomed coats and not those, which are tangled or matted. Comb lengths shown should be added to the blade depth.
