30-Day Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from date received. Please note: item(s) must be in original condition, including all parts, accessories, and product packaging. To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer returns for the products that for some reason did not meet your expectations. Providing it is returned in its original condition, no parts missing and original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Product packaging must also be in the same condition as you received it. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the product back to us.
A few items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Items made to order
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Items you have already assembled
- Items that show signs of use
Heavy Equipment such as Pet Tubs, Tables, Cages, etc:
For heavyweight items, in rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s 10-15% restocking fee.
Occasionally, products are damaged in the shipping process. It is very important that you open each box and thoroughly inspect for damages! If your freight shipment is found to be damaged upon receipt, refuse the shipment and call us at 936-894-3292 right away. We will handle the claim process for you and re-ship the item as soon as possible.
You may also choose to sign for the shipment as damaged and keep the equipment. If you choose to do it this way, then you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Once you sign for receipt of a shipment, we can no longer be held responsible, monetarily or otherwise, for any damages which may occur or become apparent after; nor can we be held responsible for any additional shipping or repair charges which may be required to rectify the situation.
If you do find concealed damage after signing for receipt of a shipment, you should immediately begin a “concealed damage” claim with the shipping company. We recommend taking photos of the damage/s. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately at 936-894-3292. Once your item is installed, it can’t be returned.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) For your protection, we encourage you to use a trackable service such as and send your return prepaid via USPS Priority Postal Mail, UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
You must create a return request from your account. Login to your account and click on return request. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions. Once we receive your request we will either approve or deny the request. You will receive an email when we make our decision. This decision will also show up in your account here on our website.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, please retain to ensure proper credit. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.
We do not reimburse shipping charges for returned products. We do not accept returns after 30 days of receipt.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 2 days upon receipt of the package so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 2 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.
Cancellations & Returns Effects:
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

Any orders that received free shipping will be resposible for shipping back items that are being returned. Apparel, brushes or any item must not contain pet hair, dirt or any other debris. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your exchange is processed, you will contact you.
