At this time, we and manufacturers are still compacted from the COVID-19 that has disrupted our lives. The COVID-19 recession has crushed certain industries or went completely out of business, resulting in slower deliveries.

With shipping becoming so expensive, we do everything to keep your cost as low as possible.

Sometimes, our most popular products are temporarily backordered. While this is upsetting for us, we very much understand how inconvenient it can be for you. Ongoing delays in production resulting from manufacturer disruptions and increased demand have resulted in all heavy weight products shipping on delayed schedules. Its best to check the shipping times for the specific product on the product page before purchasing, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. Free shipping applies only to states located in the contiguous United States. Excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories. If your order doesn’t qualify for free ground shipping, your order may contain ineligible items. A special fee may apply to orders that require truck shipment such as; Liftgate, Inside Delivery, and Residential Delivery. Terms and conditions may apply and are subject to change without notice.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship heavy equipment to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, International Countries, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Canada residence may email or call us for more information. Free Standard Shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase subtotal of $100.00 or more. No promotion code necessary. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes and shipping. Not valid on special orders, prior purchases or return shipments. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Canada and all other International countries.

Any orders that received free shipping will be resposible for shipping back items that are being returned.

HEAVYWEIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Freight Shipments: Freight is typically used when shipments are for oversized equipment such as; 90 lbs or more, which requires a truck with a large container to deliver your order. The freight carrier will contact you once your order makes it to the distribution center closest to the your delivery address to set up an appointment time for delivery.

All freight truck shipments ship to Commercial and Residential Addresses. However, an additional fee is required for Residential Addresses, which freight companies consider limited access areas.

- Commercial Address: A delivery to a business location. A business in a commercial district. These addresses are those defined by our freight carriers and/or zoned by local municipalities as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate or are used exclusively for business. Most commercial sites have tractor-trailer access and a loading dock.

- Residential Address: A residential delivery is defined as delivery to a location that is a home. A home or business in a residential zone. Apartments, Condos or a business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a Residential address. Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a Residential Business.

- Delivery Time:
Dog Bathing Systems shipping time is stated on each product page. The freight carrier will contact you once your order makes it to the distribution center terminal closest to the delivery address specified, and set up an appointment time for delivery.

- Liftgate Service: (Optional additional cost from several manufacturers)
Liftgate (driver removes the shipment from the truck and sets it down on the ground). We strongly recommend adding the optional Liftgate for all deliveries to locations without a loading dock, forklift or manpower to help.

A liftgate is a hydraulic lift that is attached to the back of a delivery truck that can lower freight to ground level. Freight carriers prevent their drivers from assisting with the unloading of heavy equipment other than using a liftgate to ground level. We highly recommend any delivery address without a loading dock, select this option.

However, please know that for certain extremely long items, such as Kennels over 6' in length, a Liftgate will not be able to bring the entire order down to ground level because of the width or height. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items.

- Inside Delivery: (Optional additional cost)
Inside delivery (driver carts the shipment to just inside your door entrance only. The item must fit through a door entrance. The driver will not deliver up or down steps or stairs.) If you choose not to include inside delivery, please be sure you have the necessary manpower to cart the shipment to its final destination. Some trucking companies are not offering inside delivery due to Covid issue that is still interrupting some of our lives. Therefore, trucking companies are lack of manpower.

PLEASE NOTE: Inside Delivery temporarily unavailable due to Covid-19 related restrictions. Some freight delivery companies still have temporarily restricted Inside Delivery of Motor Freight items such as Tubs, Cages and Tables.

LIGHTWEIGHT SHIPMENTS: UPS, FedEx or Postal Mail:
Orders less than 3 lbs typically ship by Postal Mail. Orders weighing 4 lbs to 50 LBS typically ship by UPS/FedEx.


HEAVYWEIGHT SHIPMENT DELIVERIES
CUSTOMER MUST OPEN AND INSPECT PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING CARRIERS FORM & ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT. IF PRODUCT IS NOT INSPECTED PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AND DAMAGE IS FOUND, THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR ALL COSTS.

What if my item is received damaged?
If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact immediately at 936-894-3292. Please keep all original packaging materials for 30 days to return an order in the rare case you discover damage or defects after delivery.

You may also choose to sign for the shipment as damaged and keep the equipment. If you choose to do it this way, then you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Once you sign for receipt of a shipment, ProGroom or the manufacturer can no longer be held responsible, monetarily or otherwise, for any damages which may occur or become apparent after; nor can we be held responsible for any additional shipping or repair charges which may be required to rectify the situation.

If you do find concealed damage after signing for receipt of a shipment, you should immediately begin a “concealed damage” claim with the shipping company. We recommend taking photos of the damaged item immediately. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately at 936-894-3292.

**There is no shipping cost refund for abandoned, refused or uncliamed shipments.
